SMS Terms
These SMS Terms cover the text message program operated by Rankwyre, a brand operated by StellareX. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
When you book a call with Rankwyre you may choose to receive SMS appointment reminders. If you opt in, we send reminders and updates about the call you scheduled. TidyCal is our scheduling provider and messages are delivered through Twilio.
2. How You Opt In
You give consent by selecting “Yes, text me reminders from Rankwyre” on our booking form at tidycal.com/team/rankwyre-sales/rankwyre-overview. The option is unselected by default and you choose it yourself. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You normally receive reminders tied to calls you have booked.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Rankwyre does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
5. Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
6. Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email info@rankwyre.com.
7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Phone numbers collected for SMS are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page will change when we do.
