Editorial Policy

This policy covers everything Rankwyre publishes on this website: blog posts, the glossary, service and industry pages, case studies, and the pricing and cost figures that appear alongside them. It exists so you can tell where our numbers come from and who stands behind them.

1. Who writes this

Everything here is written and maintained by the Rankwyre team, the same people who build and run client websites, stores, web apps, and SEO campaigns day to day. Rankwyre is a digital technology company based in Miami, Florida, co-founded by Brandon Gamagami. We write about the work we actually do. We do not publish guest posts or accept sponsored articles.

2. Where the numbers come from

Prices, timelines, and effort estimates come from our own project records, not from industry averages we found somewhere. When we cite an outside statistic, we link to the primary source rather than to an article about it. When something is an estimate or a range rather than a measured figure, we say so in the text.

3. Review before publishing

We use software tooling, including AI, to help draft and check our content. Nothing publishes on the strength of that alone. A person at Rankwyre reviews every page for accuracy, checks the claims against what we know from real projects, and is accountable for what goes out. If a draft cannot be verified, it does not publish.

4. Updates and corrections

Pricing, platforms, and search behaviour change, so pages are reviewed and re-dated as they are updated. If you find something wrong or out of date, email info@rankwyre.com. We correct genuine errors promptly and, where the correction changes the meaning of the piece, we note what changed.

5. Independence

We recommend the approach we would actually build, not the one that pays us the most. Where we name a tool or platform we use ourselves, we say so. We do not take payment for a mention, a ranking, or a recommendation, and we do not run affiliate links in our articles.

6. What this content is not
