Refunds & Cancellations

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Rankwyre’s project work and recurring services.

1. Project Deposits

Deposits secure your place in our schedule and cover initial discovery and planning. They are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.

2. Cancelling a Project

All payments made toward a project are non-refundable once work has begun, regardless of how much work has been completed, except where required by law. If you cancel mid-project, you remain responsible for any costs incurred beyond what you have already paid.

3. Plans & Subscriptions

You can cancel your plan at any time. There is no contract or long-term commitment. When you cancel, your plan simply stops renewing.

4. How to Request

Send cancellation or refund requests to info@rankwyre.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within ten (10) business days.
