- Information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from clients, content and credentials you share so we can deliver a project.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and improve our services, send relevant updates you have opted into, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraud or misuse.

Where applicable, we process data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

7. SMS and Text Messaging
If you opt in to SMS reminders when booking a call with Rankwyre (a brand operated by StellareX), we collect the mobile phone number you provide and your consent choice. TidyCal is our scheduling provider and messages are delivered through Twilio.
We use your mobile number only to send appointment reminders and updates about the call you scheduled. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Full terms are set out in our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
