Premier Jewelers is a family owned watch and jewellery store in Red Bank, New Jersey. Selling pre-owned luxury watches online is not ordinary ecommerce, because every piece is a single unit with its own reference number, condition, and paperwork, and the store buys as well as sells.
The site had to carry both directions of the business without one burying the other.
Design Approach
A restrained editorial layout in black, white, and gold that lets the watch photography carry the page. Serif headings and generous space give the listings the weight the price tags imply, without tipping into pastiche.
The Experience
Buyers browse by brand and by best sellers, with prices and availability visible before the click. Sellers get their own path through a quote form that captures the details a valuation actually needs. Authentication and insured shipping are stated up front rather than buried in a policy page.
Outcome
One storefront now runs both sides of the business on Shopify, with the buy pipeline, the watch journal, and live chat all in the same place. Stock and orders stay in the system the shop already runs on.
