Refunds & Cancellations

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Rankwyre’s project work and recurring services.

1. Project Deposits

Deposits secure your place in our schedule and cover initial discovery and planning. They are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.

2. Cancelling a Project

If you cancel mid-project, you are billed for all work completed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date. Any prepaid amount beyond that is refunded; any shortfall is invoiced.

3. Plans & Subscriptions

You can cancel your plan at any time. There is no contract or long-term commitment. When you cancel, your plan simply stops renewing.

4. How to Request

Send cancellation or refund requests to info@rankwyre.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within ten (10) business days.
